We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about technology, customer satisfaction, and driving results.
Your Mission: Enhance Customer Retention and Expand ARR
- Become a key member of our expanding Customer Success team, supporting global retailers and brands that leverage tgndata® in over 30 countries.
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers, address their needs using our platform, and collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure top-notch quality delivery for new accounts.
- Oversee a portfolio of existing international customers, working closely with Product teams to ensure their ongoing success.
- Drive contract value expansion by aligning platform features with customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for coordinating and following up on customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to rapidly resolve challenges.
- Maintain high Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and customer satisfaction, contributing to our growth objectives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Support within a technology company, preferably in SaaS.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and helpful responses.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with a proactive approach to identify issues before they escalate.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple customer priorities independently.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SaaS or tech products that have an international customer base.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk, or Google Workspace.
- Professional or native-level proficiency in German.
