Your Role
As a Customer Support Advocate, you will be dedicated to assisting our worksite employees (WSEs) at small businesses with inquiries related to timecards, paychecks, benefits, and various HR matters. Your role is crucial as you represent Justworks and take ownership of customer concerns, working diligently to drive issues to resolution. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in the positive impact you have on our customers and their employees.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM EST.
Training: Mandatory paid training from 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
