Customer Support Agent — Italian Market

As a key member of our international Customer Support Team, you will represent SumUp to our Italian-speaking merchants, assisting entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges, expanding their businesses, and enhancing their daily lives.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for our Italian merchants, providing empathetic, patient, and effective problem-solving support.
- Efficiently manage, prioritize, and resolve customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across various topics, including Banking, Invoicing, CNP, and more.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions and ongoing process enhancements.
- Continuously deepen your knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate and timely support.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or above) — communication is your forte.
