Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent for our Bench Team, fluent in Simplified Chinese, to enhance our customer experience. Your role will involve delivering prompt, personalized, and effective support to our clients' customers, ensuring thorough research, investigation, and resolution of inquiries to exceed expectations.
