Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Associate will include:
- Managing online inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding pre- and post-payment concerns, adhering to established SLAs and quality standards.
- Communicating through various channels, including case management, emails, and occasional phone calls.
- Entering transactions, drafting customer communications, and processing payments efficiently.
- Generating, analyzing, and delivering reports to internal and external clients.
- Collaborating closely with our Front Office teams to ensure unmatched customer service for our clients.
- Conducting daily checks to maintain the seamless operation of daily processing and addressing any issues in coordination with other internal teams.
- Complying with regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Exhibiting the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in both office and remote environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role within the financial services sector.
- A strong commitment to excellence in customer service and a proven history of instilling this commitment within team culture.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to network and build relationships across all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, willing to raise concerns when necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
