Your Responsibilities:
First 30 Days: Manage up to 50 tickets daily.
By Day 60: Create documentation and provide training to users on building state-of-the-art voice agents.
By Day 90: Utilize AI agents to automate 30% of your ticket responses.
Your Profile:
You have experience in an early-stage startup environment.
You have worked as a Customer Support Engineer at a respected company.
Bonus: You have entrepreneurial experience by founding your own startup.
