Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will join a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional communication and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients are effectively utilizing our app, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will manage incoming support tickets and prioritize tasks to deliver the best possible service. Your working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an alternative shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
