Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cyber assurance across the information security environment, ensuring the protection of information assets and associated technologies, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes.
- Identify, assess, and report cybersecurity risks to information assets and communicate associated risks effectively.
- Collaborate with the Operational Security team to articulate the implications of cybersecurity risks and threats to digital business, communicating findings to the Senior Manager - Global Cyber Operations or their delegate.
- Assist the Global Cyber Operations team with essential second-line assurance activities to uphold confidentiality, integrity, and availability, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for information safety and privacy.
- Engage with relevant teams and third-party vendors to identify and assess third-party cyber risks appropriately.
- Support IS Security in delivering secure, reliable, and effective operations within the business.
- Collaborate across vendors, project teams, and the broader IS team to define security requirements for systems and solutions.
- Research and devise security solutions for intricate application and systems integrations.
- Provide support throughout the entire lifecycle of designing, developing, and operating security tools and services.
- Establish successful peer relationships with other IS and business functions.
- Adhere to formal governance mechanisms to establish and monitor effective controls for IS Security team processes and functions.
