Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform production tasks and process monitoring within the Dutch Advanced Polyesters facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct rounds for monitoring, reporting, and documenting the current status, adjusting operations, and managing process installations under the supervision of the Allround Operator DAP in the control room.
- Identify, report, analyze, and document deviations from process parameters, taking corrective actions in consultation with the Allround Operator DAP and Senior Operator/Team Leader.
- Manage and monitor blending, polymerization, extrusion, drying, and storage of granulate.
- Safely manage the start-up and shut-down of the BPU installations.
- Collect, analyze, and record samples based on weight and color, handling additional laboratory analysis outcomes.
- Ensure the internal transportation of raw materials and residues within the BPU facility.
- Perform first-line maintenance on installations and assist the E&F team with more extensive tasks.
- Load, unload, and maintain cleanliness of machines (product transitions) and the work environment.
- Document production and logistics information in automated systems (SAP/MFS).
- Facilitate careful and effective handover of duties.
- Develop, maintain, and periodically review work instructions and P&ID documentation.
- Participate in incident analysis, work permits, multidisciplinary teams, fault analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
- Prepare and execute safety assurance forms in accordance with the LOTOTO procedure.
SHE Responsibilities:
- Identify and sustainably eliminate waste.
- Responsible for adherence to Life Saving Rules.
- Promote a positive attitude focused on preventing unsafe situations.
- Comply with norms, work methods, and commitments as outlined in the management care system, the ARIE (additional risk assessment and evaluation), and various permits.
