About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to convert raw data from Customer Service and operations into actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making throughout the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, generate reports, and establish scalable analytics processes.
Your Responsibilities
Data Exploration & Analysis
- Gather, cleanse, and verify extensive datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create and manage dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools to assist leadership and stakeholders.
Business Insights & Decision Support
- Convert data findings into clear and concise business insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to understand analytical requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support initiatives related to growth, product performance, and operational efficiency.
Data Quality & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and automated reporting workflows.
- Guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and measurement frameworks.
Collaboration & Communication
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Engage with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting schedules.
- Document methods, data dictionaries, and analytics processes.
