Join the Operations Performance team at SumUp, where we centralize Customer Service, Onboarding, and Customer Success across Brazil and the Americas. Our mission is to transform intricate operational data into actionable insights, streamlining KPIs to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, lower revenue churn, and elevate the customer experience. In this role, you will be pivotal in translating data into strategic business insights, shaping how the Operations team’s performance is evaluated and optimized.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights and KPI tracking to support Customer Service, Onboarding, and Customer Success domains.
- Align Merchant Operations strategy with data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and prioritize demands from BR Operations stakeholders and spearhead OKR design for BR Ops, BR CX, and BR BizOps.
- Create user-friendly dashboards, KPIs, and metrics, collaborating with Global Operations teams to standardize KPIs.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL with solid ETL/ELT experience and exceptional analytics and visualization skills (preferably in Tableau or Power BI).
- Demonstrated experience in KPI creation, strong data manipulation skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Customer-focused, pragmatic, and adept at managing shifting priorities while solving problems analytically.
- Self-driven, with a focus on long-term solutions and a commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Customer Experience, Operations, or Revenue Management.
- Experience with DBT.
- Familiarity with Python programming.
