As the Manager of Analytics & Data Science focusing on Growth Marketing, you will utilize data to generate actionable insights and analyses. We seek a proactive Senior Manager of Analytics & Data Science who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret business goals and translate them into technical challenges to be addressed through Analytics, Data Science, and BI reporting.
- Act as a player-coach to drive value across various Growth Marketing channels, including Paid, CRM, On-Site Merchandising, and Product.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing teams to offer actionable insights and recommendations, regularly presenting findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and data pipelines, creating and automating new datasets for comprehensive reporting.
- Engage with omnichannel attribution measurement frameworks that promote customer growth and incrementality.
- Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to evaluate marketing initiatives, applying statistical rigor and causal inference to measure effectiveness.
- Construct machine learning models to aid in decision-making and optimization, working closely with Data Science and Growth Marketing teams to deploy impactful ML solutions.
