As a Data Scientist II, you will play a crucial role in forecasting, modeling, and coding that drive the essential production processes of the PPM (Portable People Meter) Wearables audience measurement panels. Your expertise will be vital in developing data pipelines, conducting analyses, and summarizing results while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, design, develop, implement, and test econometric, statistical, optimization, and machine learning models.
Acquire a deep understanding of the PPM sampling methodology and become a subject matter expert in Audience Measurement, focusing on panel management strategies.
Extract data from large relational databases for diverse analyses and requests.
Leverage tools such as Python, Tableau, and R to conduct intricate data analyses and create impactful visualizations.
Manage, maintain, and enhance multiple data algorithms for overseeing the PPM Sample Methodology within a time-sensitive production environment.
Keep comprehensive and timely updates to departmental procedures, checklists, and metrics documentation.
Participate in various interdepartmental teams to propose, assess, and implement new initiatives, including support for writing requirements, software development, and testing.
Address internal and external client inquiries by providing data-driven solutions to identified challenges.
Implement quality checks to proactively identify and rectify errors throughout production processing and analysis.
Ensure product quality, stability, and scalability by facilitating code reviews and promoting best practices such as modular coding, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows.
