Join our Inbound Supply Chain Management System (SCM) team as we tackle complex challenges using cutting-edge technology:
- Determining the optimal products to purchase from various vendors.
- Deciding the appropriate quantities of each product to acquire.
- Strategically positioning our inventory to ensure the fastest delivery to customers.
- Establishing the ideal inventory levels in each fulfillment center at the lowest possible cost.
We are looking for a talented Data Scientist with a broad mastery of machine learning techniques. You will be responsible for developing, prototyping, and implementing innovative models using various methodologies including Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning. We seek forward-thinkers who can harness generative AI to create, advocate for, and deploy state-of-the-art solutions to unprecedented challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit comprehensive technical expertise in feature engineering for large datasets, perform effective exploratory data analysis, and build models using industry-standard AI/ML algorithms, including Large Language Models.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both Supervised (e.g., Linear/Logistic Regression) and Unsupervised algorithms (e.g., K-means clustering).
- Translate large datasets into actionable business insights, integrating analytics with marketing management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business teams, engineering teams, and partners to align objectives.
- Innovate by adapting new modeling techniques and processes.
- Passionately work with extensive datasets, focusing on training and fine-tuning to address business inquiries.
- Possess deep expertise in dataset creation and management.
- Implement and operate stable, scalable data flow solutions from production systems into end-user applications and reports, ensuring solutions are fault-tolerant and adaptive.
- Utilize distributed machine learning and statistical methods to efficiently process large volumes of data to enhance customer service.
