About the Role

- Hardware Setup and Troubleshooting - Engage in practical tasks involving device preparation, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Operational Awareness and Safety - Participate in asset management, contribute to small projects, and uphold workplace safety standards.
- Progression to Independent Support - Advance towards independently managing incidents, maintaining documentation, and aiding in service enhancements.
Our Support for You
In addition to comprehensive training, mentoring, and coaching from Datacom, you will also be enrolled in the JLB-Yaran Indigenous Development Employment Program (IDEP). This initiative aims to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals through social and economic development, led by seasoned veterans and Indigenous professionals.
