Your primary responsibility will be to implement innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting passive candidates to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality placements. Working closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will contribute valuable insights into the sourcing strategy and provide immediate feedback on its effectiveness.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be a key driver of best practice sourcing strategies and serve as an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions within designated functional areas.
- Leverage various sourcing channels in alignment with the client’s branding and social media policies, focusing on direct-sourced candidates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and pre-screening candidates effectively before they enter the recruitment process.
- Assess candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit using a behavioral-based approach and client-defined screening criteria.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in the database.
- Proactively build talent pipelines and create pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with client workforce strategies.
- Stay in touch with existing candidates in the talent pool to gather current market intelligence and inform them about potential opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing candidate engagement initiatives, including newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies.
