About the Revenue Operations Team
The Revenue Operations team serves as the foundational support and growth engine at OpenSesame. Rather than merely focusing on sales mechanics, we prioritize establishing clarity, discipline, and systems that facilitate responsible and predictable revenue scaling.
We design, implement, and automate processes, systems, and insights that bridge strategy with execution—from the initial customer interaction through to renewal. Our efforts ensure efficient revenue flow, robust governance, and a consistent customer experience as the business expands.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Business Systems, we work to eliminate barriers, enforce prudent standards, and accelerate team performance without compromising quality.
About the Deal Desk Analyst Role
The Deal Desk Analyst is an essential collaborator for our Sales and Go-To-Market teams, tasked with enhancing deal velocity while safeguarding profit margins, ensuring compliance with policies, and refining forecast accuracy.
This role is dedicated to streamlining the sales process. You will support transactions throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle, empowering sellers to close intricate opportunities more swiftly while upholding pricing discipline and ensuring flawless execution. Success in this role is measured by quicker approvals, cleaner deals, fewer escalations, and increased confidence among sellers, rather than sheer activity volume.
