The Team
Within our Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Operations group, the Deal Pricing function plays a crucial role in delivering pricing expertise and financial insights that support our global sales teams. We ensure that our deals create substantial economic value for Stripe by establishing a robust commercial framework for our growing sales organization. Our team actively engages with large, strategic deals and collaborates with various cross-functional partners, including Operations, Product, Finance, and Strategy, while maintaining synergy with Deal Pricing colleagues globally.
Your Role
As the Deal Pricing Lead for the EMEA region, you will manage a talented team of Deal Pricing Strategists, acting as the primary liaison with regional leadership. Your team will provide valuable thought leadership to regional sales teams and executives, enhancing the effectiveness of our pricing strategies.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver critical financial insights and recommendations to business partners and Stripe's leadership. Furthermore, you and your team will engage in developing innovative pricing frameworks and governance processes to support our diverse sales motions and customer segments while effectively mitigating risks for Stripe.
