Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload and assist attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documentation, and communicating effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus and a deep sense of empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage daily with clients—both existing and potential—through phone and in-person interactions.
- Request medical records from healthcare providers and maintain communication with clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Gather necessary documentation to support claims relating to injuries and/or liabilities.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and account balances.
- Work closely with colleagues involved in managing and supporting case files.
- Maintain well-organized case files.
- Interact with attorneys, providing case summaries as required.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive demands and assembling supporting materials for submission to carriers, under the supervision of an attorney.
- Oversee case files from initial intake through to conclusion, guided by an attorney.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the business.
