Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and analyze medical records to ascertain their conditions, needs, and objectives.
- Identify movement dysfunctions through attentive listening, keen observation, and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Design customized treatment plans focused on achieving significant patient outcomes.
- Administer effective therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, functional activities, and activities of daily living training.
- Educate patients and their families about home exercise regimens and recovery expectations.
- Monitor patient progress, revise goals, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical responses.
- Engage with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant records for every patient interaction.
