We are in search of a seasoned Delegate Sales Manager to spearhead our attendee growth initiatives for the Black Hat and SecTor portfolio. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for generating delegate sales revenue across various events throughout the year, while forging enduring relationships within the cybersecurity community. Key Responsibilities:
- Surpass delegate revenue goals through strategic engagement with potential attendees.
- Establish and cultivate relationships within the cybersecurity landscape, from large enterprises to niche professionals.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Black Hat and SecTor events to prospective delegates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales progress using our CRM system.
- Efficiently process orders to ensure a smooth purchasing experience for clients.
- Develop actionable analytics and reports to monitor progress and refine strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Registration, Customer Success, and other departments to enhance overall event outcomes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire delegate experience.
