Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all necessary equipment efficiently.
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
- Prepare food products according to our quality standards.
- Receive and process customer orders over the phone and in person.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
Training:
We provide comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training to ensure you succeed in your role.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and deliver accurate written instructions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Essential Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for quick and accurate calculations.
- Proficient in handling monetary transactions.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
- Excellent navigational skills for locating addresses within the delivery area.
- Capability to navigate diverse terrains, including multi-story buildings and residential areas.
Work Conditions:
You may encounter varying weather conditions during deliveries, and in-store temperatures can range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F or higher in certain areas.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to work in cramped spaces and navigate around hot surfaces or sharp tools.
- Good depth perception and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
