We are in search of a seasoned Delivery Head to spearhead and manage all delivery operations within the USA region. This crucial role involves ensuring the successful execution of projects, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across various service lines. The ideal candidate will blend strategic foresight with practical leadership to foster growth and innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership: Take ownership of delivery governance for the US region, guaranteeing compliance with global standards. Serve as the primary liaison for all delivery-related matters with key clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular updates on delivery progress while identifying opportunities for value enhancement. Collaborate with account managers to support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Champion delivery metrics, ensuring that operational goals are consistently met and exceeded.
