About Aiwyn
Who is Aiwyn and what do we do?
Aiwyn is revolutionizing the operational framework for accounting firms by automating the workflows that bridge client engagement and payment collection. Our comprehensive platform encompasses Payments, Engagements, and Practice Management, and is currently being implemented in some of the most esteemed accounting firms across the nation, including those in the Big 4 and Top 25.
About the Role
As a Delivery Lead, you will be the key stakeholder responsible for executing Aiwyn's most intricate and high-priority customer implementations. Unlike an Implementation Specialist who manages a single firm's deployment, you will oversee expansive programs — including rolling M&A playbooks, multi-phase enterprise rollouts, and comprehensive deployments that extend over several months and engage multiple internal teams as well as firm-side stakeholders.
This position is central to Aiwyn's Advanced Implementation delivery model, where you will lead a cross-functional team in collaboration with a Solutions Architect and an Implementation Engineer. You will be accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring that scope, timelines, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction are met while facilitating execution across all workstreams.
This role requires ownership, not just coordination. The success or failure of the program rests on your shoulders.
What You'll Own
Program Ownership & Delivery Leadership Take charge of the complete success of complex, multi-product customer implementations. Create and manage detailed program plans that synchronize various workstreams, phases, and product deployments. Ensure that all implementation activities remain on track, within scope, and aligned with delivery goals. Proactively address any potential issues that could jeopardize the program.
Cross-Functional Leadership Guide the Advanced Implementation Delivery Trio — Solutions Architect and Implementation Engineer — fostering alignment and accountability across functions without direct authority over project outcomes. Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Customer & Executive Engagement Act as the primary delivery leader for enterprise clients throughout the implementation process. Lead executive-level discussions regarding program progress, pivotal decisions, and delivery strategies. Effectively manage escalations with clarity and poise, maintaining customer confidence even in challenging scenarios.
Scope & Risk Management Maintain the integrity of the program scope — proactively identify any scope creep, manage changes, and ensure that all aspects of the project align with the original objectives.
