About the Role
The Growth Marketing team serves as the driving force behind pipeline acceleration at HackerRank. We operate at the crossroads of creativity, analytics, and automation, managing paid channels, executing ABM strategies, and optimizing every engagement point that transforms interest into opportunity. As the team responsible for generating qualified leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel, we have a direct influence on revenue and market success.
As our GTM Engineer focused on demand generation, you will play a pivotal role in translating marketing strategies into tangible pipeline results. You will oversee the daily execution of multi-channel demand programs, encompassing paid social media, ABM initiatives, email nurtures, and direct mail campaigns, while managing budgets, creative assets, and stakeholder relationships. You’ll analyze campaign data, enhance performance, and scale initiatives for maximum impact.
