About the Role
As the Demand Generation Manager at BlueConic, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing strategy, tasked with creating and implementing programs that yield high-quality leads and accelerate our pipeline growth. This position demands outstanding project management capabilities, a robust foundation in digital marketing, and the adaptability to support event strategy and execution within an integrated demand generation framework.
You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage digital initiatives, and consistently enhance performance metrics to achieve measurable growth.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and events to enhance lead acquisition and stimulate pipeline growth.
- Take ownership of campaign project management from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
- Manage digital performance channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and web) to facilitate effective pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to synchronize messaging, audience targeting, and pipeline objectives.
- Oversee and enhance the BlueConic website as a primary demand channel, partnering with design and web teams to optimize conversion paths, landing pages, and overall conversion rate optimization (CRO) performance.
- Support and expand BlueConic’s event marketing initiatives, including owned, sponsored, and partner events, to foster engagement and drive lead generation.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, deriving insights to refine future programs and investments.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion workflows.
