The Role
We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to establish and scale a data-driven pipeline engine. This fully remote role will report to Sharad, our Demand Generation Director.
Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position focuses on revenue ownership. You will be pivotal in connecting customer intent to meetings and transforming signals into a robust pipeline.

What You’ll Own
Build a Repeatable ABM Engine
Design and scale Time Doctor’s account-based motion into a measurable system.
Translate intent and behavioral signals into Marketing Qualified Accounts.
Implement targeted programs across key industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, BPO, and more.
Develop personalized messaging for various personas in collaboration with Product Marketing.
Engage weekly with SDRs and Sales for shared account planning and pipeline reviews.
