- Customer Sales & Profit
- Overseeing the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial presentation aligns with global standards.
- Maintaining a positive representation of yourself and the H&M brand during customer interactions.
- Identifying your department’s strengths and commercial opportunities, taking proactive measures to act on them.
- Setting and analyzing sales and budget goals, devising plans to optimize outcomes.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas of the store, empowering your team to promote and sell products effectively.
- Encouraging your team to actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Managing your department efficiently in a cost-effective manner.
- Overseeing fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensuring all administrative processes related to team and operations are managed appropriately.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Staying informed about current fashion trends, styles, brands, and influencers.
- Ensuring your team provides customers with insightful product and fashion knowledge during interactions.
- Team & Development
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and continuous development of your in-store team.
- Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning to meet business and team needs.
- Sharing your expertise and skills with your team to foster growth.
- Collaborating with the Visual Merchandiser team for effective planning and execution.
- Engaging in feedback exchanges with colleagues to enhance learning and support.
- Managing team scheduling and planning.
- Communicating regularly with store colleagues to motivate and inspire through meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with all procedures, routines, and legal requirements across the store.
