Join our team as a Department Manager at H&M Fisketorvet shopping center. This is a part-time position, requiring 37 hours per week, starting May 1, 2026.

You will:
- Lead your team to provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that operational excellence and best practices are adhered to throughout your department and the store.
- Take ownership of your store's and department's strengths, analyze sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set objectives, and develop strategies to optimize sales and profits.
- Ensure you have a strong team and support their development. You will engage in succession planning, talent development, and performance management based on results, values, and leadership.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team, creating an inclusive environment where collaboration, growth, and innovation can flourish, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, customer behavior, and competitors to ensure your team is always ahead and can deliver a relevant and inspiring shopping experience.
- Act as a positive representative of yourself and the brand in all customer interactions – building connections, inspiring others, and making fashion accessible to all.
