- Customer Sales & Profit
- Overseeing the comprehensive OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial presentation aligns with global standards.
- Positively representing the H&M brand in all customer interactions.
- Identifying your department's strengths and commercial opportunities, taking proactive steps to capitalize on them.
- Establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals, developing strategic plans to enhance results.
- Guaranteeing exceptional customer service across all areas of the store and empowering your team to promote and sell products effectively.
- Encouraging your team to actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives within the store.
- Managing your department efficiently to control costs.
- Ensuring accurate procedures in fitting rooms and at checkout, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges appropriately.
- Maintaining proper administrative routines for both people and operations.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Staying informed about current fashion scenes, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Equipping your team to provide product knowledge and fashion insights during customer interactions.
- Team & Development
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives for your in-store team.
- Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning to address business and team needs.
- Sharing your knowledge and skills with the team to foster development.
- Collaborating closely with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team for effective planning.
- Engaging in open feedback exchanges with colleagues to promote learning and support.
- Managing team scheduling and planning.
- Regularly communicating with store colleagues to inform, motivate, and inspire through daily and weekly meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with all procedures, routines, and legal requirements throughout the store.
