Join BryceTech as a Task Order Project Manager, supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). This pivotal role involves overseeing the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Engineering and Technical Support (RETS) program, acting as the primary contact for managing all programmatic aspects of assigned task orders. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations under the RETS IDIQ contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the IDIQ Program Manager, serving as the main point of contact for task order management.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned task orders, ensuring technical performance meets expectations.
- Delegate tasks to contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with R&D program managers and organizational leadership.
- Monitor task order progress, promptly identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Resolve administrative and contractual challenges related to support services contracts.
- Collaborate with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to align engineering and analysis requirements.
- Coordinate technical deliverables and analytical results with stakeholders.
- Provide formal project status updates and planning briefings to government managers.
- Translate user requirements into actionable project plans and milestones.
- Manage task order performance, ensuring compliance with established milestones and budgets.
- Exhibit creativity and initiative in tackling complex, unprecedented challenges.
