Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process Management:
- Lead and enhance the entire onboarding experience from offer acceptance to effective integration.
- Create and implement engaging pre-boarding activities for a smooth transition.
- Conduct thorough new hire orientations, covering company policies, culture, and benefits.
- Collaborate with IT, Administration, and other departments to have all resources prepared for new hires before their start date.
- Track the progress of new hires and gather feedback to refine the onboarding process.
