We are currently seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager to spearhead a dynamic network engineering team within a unique mission space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the customer, project integrator, network engineers, and architects to ensure that our systems align with customer requirements and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance.
Lead and oversee team project execution.
Strategically plan and direct the timely and successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
Monitor and report program metrics related to cost, schedule, technical performance, operations, and quality.
Ensure systems are developed to meet established performance, security, and functional specifications.
Develop, review, and maintain programmatic and technical documentation.
Manage resources to deliver qualified and appropriately cleared personnel for customer tasks.
Establish training plans to enhance skills while mitigating risks of single points of failure within the program.
Prepare and present briefings, white papers, use cases, and concept papers to inform customer decision-making regarding future system modifications.
Foster and manage relationships with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Excellent teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
