WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to optimize store operations, ensuring readiness for customers and achieving outstanding sales results
- Championing weekly campaigns, fostering a positive sales culture, and creating an energetic environment where your team excels
- In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by effectively communicating, leading, and coaching the team directly on the sales floor
- Training colleagues to prioritize customer service, identify customer needs, and implement effective selling techniques
- Leading by example through both sales activities and routine store tasks, demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Envisioning your future as a Store Manager and showing the commitment to reach that goal
