If you find this intriguing, consider joining our Client Services team as a Deputy Team Leader. In this role, you will report to the Team Leader for Client Support and:
Be tasked with assisting your Team Leader in managing the performance of a team of up to 8 Analysts who deliver daily services to ClearBank clients, including resolving queries and managing sterling and multicurrency payment exceptions.
Your responsibilities will encompass supporting your Team Leader in day-to-day management and work stream oversight, stepping in during their absence. You will collaborate with the team to uphold the high standards of service we provide to our clients while ensuring that critical SLAs are consistently met.
Your Role Includes:
Offering comprehensive support and cover for your Team Leader in team management.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues across Client Services and Operations to achieve team and organizational goals.
Participating in Client Service Review and BAU meetings.
Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency, and working closely with relevant teams to implement these changes.
Ensuring that controls are maintained within the team and that quality control/quality assurance measures are in place to facilitate Analyst development through constructive feedback.
Serving as a resource for Analysts to support their professional growth.
Proactively managing workflows and escalating concerns, including involvement in incident management.
Assisting the Team Leader in executing change initiatives and projects.
Providing management information to support team performance and SLA compliance.
