Summary
The EFI Foundation is currently seeking a dedicated Development & Fundraising Intern to enhance our philanthropic and strategic partnership efforts. This role provides invaluable hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising strategies, donor research, and engagement with foundations within the energy and climate sectors.
While we prefer candidates located in the D.C. area for a hybrid working arrangement, we are open to discussing fully remote options as well.
- Interns: We welcome applicants who are currently enrolled in or have completed an undergraduate degree within the last 6 months in a field relevant to our work. Internships are typically for an academic semester and can be full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time, compensated at a rate of $20/hr.
- Fellows: We offer fellowships to individuals pursuing or holding an advanced degree in a relevant field. Fellowships are available for a fixed term, typically aligned with a specific project duration, and are compensated at a rate of $27/hr.
