Role Overview
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution of paid digital campaigns across essential performance marketing channels. This role centers around building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while ensuring proper setup, budget management, and ongoing performance monitoring. Under the guidance of media leadership, the Digital Campaign Specialist will facilitate campaign execution, testing, and optimization efforts to uphold high operational standards and enhance campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
Create, launch, and oversee campaigns on paid social platforms, particularly Meta (required) and TikTok or LinkedIn (preferred).
Manage paid search campaigns via Google Ads, focusing on Search, with Display experience being an added advantage.
Support campaigns with exposure to Programmatic, Streaming, or OTT platforms when relevant.
Oversee daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and quality assurance processes on platforms.
Implement creative swaps, A/B testing initiatives, and audience adjustments.
Ensure accurate internal documentation including campaign notes, builds, and expenditure tracking.
Optimization & Performance Support
Regularly monitor campaign performance and promptly identify potential issues.
Spot opportunities for optimization across creative assets, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
