As a Digital Communications and Design Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing daily digital content, managing social media, and creating visual communications for the Continental and Euzkadi brands. Your expertise will help strengthen brand positioning by converting strategic guidelines into high-quality digital assets, including website content, social media content, and community engagement initiatives, in collaboration with our creative agency.
This role supports two prominent brands: Continental and Euzkadi. You will manage various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and assist in adapting trade marketing materials, designing, and updating product catalogs. Collaboration with internal marketing, communications, and trade marketing teams, as well as coordination with creative, digital, and PR agencies, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the approved social media content calendar.
• Publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos across platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Escalate any sensitive topics or reputational risks to the Communications Manager as part of social listening activities.
• Design or adapt digital assets for social media, digital campaigns, and internal marketing needs.
• Localize key visuals from brand campaigns into various digital formats.
• Create basic motion graphics or short videos when applicable and permitted by AI use.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive and engaged online community.
• Identify trends, engagement opportunities, and content formats relevant to our target audience.
• Support influencer or partnership activations from an execution standpoint (posting, tagging, coordination).
• Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for asset hand-offs and adaptations.
• Assist in monthly performance reporting for social media and digital advertising with the agency.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets and content documentation.
