Role Overview
- As an essential member of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in creating and translating designs into user-facing assets that will attract and engage customers throughout their journey with MORROW, ultimately enhancing lifetime value (LTV). Your responsibilities will include the management and upkeep of our digital assets and supporting the execution of growth marketing and lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and driving retention. This position requires close collaboration with various functions within the marketing team, including Brand, Content, and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Web, Growth & SEO Execution
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of landing pages and website content utilizing Framer.
- Develop reusable CMS-driven templates to facilitate SEO and programmatic page creation (e.g., service, condition, audience, or campaign pages).
- Support growth initiatives by rapidly deploying and iterating campaign landing pages for paid media and other acquisition channels.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to optimize pages for conversion, structure, performance, and experimentation.
Lifecycle Marketing Support
- Collaborate with our CRM Campaigns Operations Manager to support lifecycle campaigns across owned channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and In-App Messages/Content Cards.
- Design and maintain digital assets (eDMs, landing pages, content sections) for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization across digital touchpoints as appropriate.
Design-to-Execution
- Convert designs and concepts into high-quality, scalable digital experiences within Framer and Braze.
- Ensure all assets adhere to best practices and guidelines.
