Role Overview
Stack Overflow is transitioning its renewals process to a digital-first model, catering to our extensive down-market customer base. We seek a data-driven and innovative Digital Experience Specialist to design and scale automated renewal journeys, ensuring the stability and growth of our customer relationships. While automation is a key focus, fostering meaningful customer engagement through digital interactions and personalized content is equally essential. This role will involve operationalizing the renewal lifecycle, maintaining our customer base, and creating digital pathways that enhance customer growth. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Renewals Manager to support effective customer retention through evolving digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize automated journey mapping by collaborating with our Salesforce team to develop sequences through Sales Engagement.
- Create technological solutions that enhance customer engagement.
