Digital Marketing Manager
Position: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our client digital delivery team, operating within the regional hub of WPP Media's office in Belgrade.
Your primary objective is to enhance the quality and profitability of services across assigned accounts. You will manage daily media planning activities and cultivate strong client relationships, contributing to the overall growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include distributing client requests to marketing teams and reviewing their deliverables for quality assurance.
Success in this role is measured through key media performance indicators (KPIs) established with clients, budget optimization, client satisfaction surveys, account growth, and team performance and development.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Digital Account Director and collaborates closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Digital Activation Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster robust relationships with clients through daily communication and expert media advice, ensuring timely delivery of all client requests.
- Campaign Planning and Buying: Develop objectives and KPIs for strategies that align with consumer insights, emerging trends, and business goals.
- Campaign Implementation: Ensure excellence in campaign delivery against established KPIs; negotiate with investment and media vendors for financial efficiencies; serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Campaign Reporting: Generate analytical reports and develop actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Revenue Tracking: Monitor budget expenditures as agreed with clients and report findings to the Account Director.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for additional products and services to existing clients and communicate them to the Account Director.
- New Business Development: Participate actively in client pitches.
- Compliance Management: Uphold WPP and WPP Media standards, promoting a culture of compliance within the team.
- Billing Oversight: Ensure the effective execution of the established billing processes for clients.
- Leadership and Management: Demonstrate core values, lead team members, and organize workloads to achieve exceptional results.
- Performance Management: Set individual goals, track progress, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Development: Commit to personal and team development by identifying learning needs and mentoring team members.
