Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive to become an integral part of our growing team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement impactful digital marketing strategies across diverse channels.
In this role, you will manage and expand multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, and the USA, all under the same holding group. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility, facilitating customer acquisition, and analyzing campaign performance to drive optimization and overall success.
Proficiency in Shopify Plus is essential. You should be adept at handling complex store configurations, integrations, automation workflows, and performance analysis across multiple Shopify settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer engagement across online platforms.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives and product launches.
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Continuously assess and refine campaigns for optimal performance, modifying targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Supervise the creation of digital content such as website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring compliance and brand consistency while resonating with the target audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic to evaluate digital initiatives' effectiveness.
- Utilize social listening tools to track brand conversations and industry trends, informing content strategies.
Requirements
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Proficient in Shopify Plus, with a solid understanding of complex store setups, integrations, automation workflows, and performance tracking across multiple environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and metrics for optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience in creating and managing compliant digital content, with a thorough understanding of marketing regulations in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
