At Matera, we are revolutionizing the relationship with housing by establishing a new norm in property management solutions. We currently assist co-owners in managing their buildings and landlords in administering their rental properties.
As the leading digital player in the French co-ownership management market, Matera offers tailored solutions that provide co-owners with transparent, effective, and responsive management:
Matera Platform, designed for volunteer property managers seeking the best tools to manage their building autonomously;
Matera Cooperative Management, for co-owners wanting to take control of their property with a SaaS platform and expert support on technical matters (legal, accounting, etc.);
Matera Local Management, our highest level of support, for co-owners who prefer to delegate and enjoy transparent, human, and responsive management.
Matera already supports over 10,000 co-properties in France and Germany.
In terms of rental management, our offering was launched in January 2023. The goal: to provide landlords with an all-in-one solution to manage their rental properties. Specifically, Matera offers a SaaS platform that automates paperwork and assists landlords with tax declarations, tenant searches, property listings, and more.
We currently manage over 2,000 rental properties and guess what? We are looking for new talent to help us write the next chapter of our story!
Your Mission?
Are you eager to work in marketing within a start-up and thrive in an international environment? Matera is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Intern.
You will be integrated into the Acquisition team, working directly with Clara (Traffic Manager). Your responsibilities will include:
Optimizing and managing our various digital acquisition channels (SEO, SEA, Direct, etc.);
Creating content for our website;
Monitoring the performance of our various channels, reporting, and proposing improvements for enhanced performance;
Specifically:
SEO
Identifying new partners for backlink opportunities (potential SEO partners)
Establishing relationships with website owners and negotiating partnerships to secure quality backlinks.
