About You
You are a proactive, imaginative, and hands-on marketer with approximately five years of experience in digital and content marketing, as well as broader B2B marketing strategies, including events, webinars, direct mail, and account-based marketing. You thrive in an autonomous environment, managing projects from conception to execution, and are eager to experiment, analyze, and optimize.
You possess a robust work ethic, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for producing impactful campaigns. This is an exceptional chance to work within a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative atmosphere where your contributions will significantly influence business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & CRM: Design, compose, and implement email campaigns targeting educators, schools, parents, and students, optimizing for engagement, open rates, and conversions.
- Content & Copywriting: Generate compelling B2B content, including thought leadership pieces, website copy, case studies, and targeted promotional materials.
- Marketing Strategy & Analytics: Conduct A/B testing, evaluate performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across various platforms.
