As a Digital Marketing Manager at virtuhire, you will spearhead the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies specifically designed for our recruitment agency clientele. Your primary focus will be on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and implementation (60% of your role), coupled with the technical onboarding of new clients, performance analysis of marketing initiatives, and the enhancement of our comprehensive service offerings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive SEO knowledge, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and a fervent passion for continuously elevating our clients' digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Execution (60%)
- Create and execute all-encompassing SEO strategies aimed at boosting clients' search rankings and overall visibility.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page SEO enhancements.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, offering actionable insights to optimize website performance.
- Enhance content for search engines, including blogs, landing pages, and job listings.
- Manage and refine local SEO strategies to improve visibility for recruitment agencies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO metrics to ensure ongoing enhancement.
- Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep a competitive advantage.
Technical Setup for New Clients
- Lead the seamless technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring effective integration with digital platforms.
- Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other essential tools.
- Collaborate with teams to implement tracking codes, conversion pixels, and event tracking across various platforms.
- Conduct website audits and provide recommendations to enhance user experience, performance, and SEO.
Marketing Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards that track key KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and paid media reports to inform strategic improvements.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Provide clients with weekly updates on lead generation.
Digital Marketing Strategy and Awareness
- Keep abreast of all digital marketing channels, including PPC, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align SEO initiatives with both paid and organic strategies.
- Identify potential opportunities for new services or enhancements to improve client outcomes.
- Assist teams in developing optimized campaign materials such as landing pages and email templates.
- Support teams in uploading and scheduling content for our website and social media platforms.
