Join beOnd’s dynamic Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in executing our comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing various channels and campaigns that significantly enhance brand awareness and improve conversion rates. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to support beOnd’s global network expansion through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of beOnd’s digital marketing strategy, emphasizing innovative digital initiatives:
- Design, execute, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social, programmatic, etc.) to boost direct bookings on our website.
- Optimize and manage multiple owned and third-party channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, OTAs, etc.) to drive traffic and enhance conversion rates.
- Develop and refine paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and effective outreach to target demographics.
- Collaborate with Commercial, IT, and Brand teams to align digital marketing strategies with overarching business goals, focusing on enhancing the user journey on beOnd’s digital platforms to maximize booking conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, evaluate, and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with various marketing deliverables that support both current and future routes, targeting direct customers and trade partners.
- Monitor and manage our online brand reputation, providing strategic guidance on responding to customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms.
- Collect customer insights and sentiments from digital and social media channels to inform internal stakeholders and enhance broader marketing and commercial strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, social media tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve and expand our digital marketing efforts.
