Join Botrista as a Digital Marketing Manager (Contract), where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital acquisition strategies across paid social, search, and SEO channels. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified inbound leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Hands-On Execution)
- Take ownership of Meta lead generation campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
- Develop, optimize, and expand our paid acquisition strategies on Meta and Google platforms.
- Create and refine audience targeting, ad sets, creative assets, and landing page flows.
- Enhance lead quality while reducing cost per lead.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement adjustments proactively.
2. SEO & Web Optimization
- Lead the SEO strategy and its execution on botrista.com.
- Boost organic traffic and increase inbound lead volume.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop content strategies.
- Optimize website structure, page speed, metadata, and on-page SEO elements.
- Identify and create new landing pages aimed at restaurant owners and operators.
3. Conversion Optimization
- Design and test landing pages focused on lead capture.
- Conduct A/B tests across creative, copy, forms, and targeting methods.
- Improve conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure high lead quality.
- Work alongside Product and Brand teams for messaging and creative asset development.
- Establish a feedback loop with SDRs and AEs to ensure rapid evolution of paid campaigns.
5. Own the Digital Growth Roadmap
- Develop a weekly/monthly experimentation plan.
- Set baselines, targets, and prioritize channels for growth.
- Identify and explore new channels for testing.
