We are seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence in the dynamic fintech and cross-border payments sectors. This position is ideal for a content-driven marketer who excels in storytelling, organic growth strategies, and brand positioning. You will spearhead the entire digital marketing strategy and collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Formulate and implement a robust content strategy aimed at establishing brand authority and promoting organic growth.
- Generate engaging long-form articles, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and case studies.
- Create thought leadership materials led by the founder and compelling storytelling assets.
- Produce AI-enhanced video content utilizing platforms such as Gemini, Vio, SmartViti, or equivalent.
- Manage and execute a dynamic 30-day content calendar.
- Repurpose content across different channels to optimize reach and effectiveness.
Social Media Management
- Oversee organic social media initiatives on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other pertinent diaspora platforms.
- Enhance follower growth and engagement through organic methods.
- Establish leadership as recognized thought leaders in the industry.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine content based on engagement data.
Podcast, Webinar & Online Events
- Launch and manage a branded podcast or webinar series.
- Coordinate topic selection, speaker outreach, scheduling, and promotional activities.
- Transform event content into ongoing marketing materials.
Digital PR & Brand Amplification
- Identify and secure opportunities for guest articles, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements.
- Develop and maintain media outreach lists.
- Foster relationships with journalists and industry publications.
- Draft press releases and oversee announcements.
SEO & Web Presence
- Design and implement a foundational SEO strategy.
- Optimize on-page content, keywords, and overall site structure.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Continuously enhance content based on analytic insights.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture digital communities within the fintech and diaspora landscapes.
- Encourage engagement and referral initiatives.
- Facilitate enriching discussions across digital platforms.
