You will be instrumental in ensuring our global marketing channels operate smoothly, consistently, and effectively across various teams and platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain the Social Media strategy, ensuring the global content calendar is consistently updated.
- Oversee all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for Wolf Lubricants, Champion Lubricants, and Wolf Oil Corporation.
- Act as the primary liaison for regional marketing efforts, collaborating with local agencies to enhance their social media campaigns.
- Lead regional campaigns from inception through to performance tracking and optimization planning.
- Work closely with our in-house design team to create social media assets that align with the global content strategy and cooperate with the Brand & Partnerships team.
- Serve as the main contact for our social media agency, ensuring quality control over all content and copy.
- Engage with interactions on global accounts and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Guarantee that global social content is accurate, on-brand, and consistent.
Digital Content & Channel Management
- Regularly update website content (including pages, blogs, navigation) to align with our digital strategy using Kontent.ai CMS.
- Manage translation workflows efficiently.
- Assist in the creation, preparation, and publication of email content for newsletters, product updates, events, and campaigns.
Data, Reporting & Quality Monitoring
- Maintain digital dashboards and compile quarterly performance reports.
- Support digital analytics efforts using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Suite, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Establish a structured framework for both global and local performance reporting, along with standardized training programs and compliance guidelines for local agencies.
