Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
As a Digital Recruitment Marketer, you will develop and execute digital campaigns that enable employers to better position themselves within their target audience.
Your responsibilities include setting up, managing, and optimizing recruitment campaigns for various organizations. You will analyze results, share insights with the team and clients, and proactively contribute to enhancements.
Working alongside the Customer Success Manager, digital consultants, and fellow marketers, you will create campaigns that seamlessly integrate strategy and creativity. You can easily switch between multiple projects while maintaining structure and clarity, even during busy times.
Team Collaboration
You will collaborate with digital marketers, content specialists, a marketing coordinator, UX/UI designers, developers, and consultants. Together, we build campaigns and solutions that advance recruitment efforts.

Your Qualifications
You hold a bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or commercial economics. You have at least three years of experience in online marketing and are adept at setting up, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
You possess empathy for diverse target groups and organizations, write flawless Dutch, and excel in analytical thinking. You are experienced with tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and a CMS like WordPress.
Additional Assets for This Role
Experience or affinity for recruitment marketing and employer branding will be beneficial. You may have worked for multiple brands or clients, particularly from an agency perspective. Familiarity with the dynamics of startups and scale-ups, especially in the tech or IT sector, would be advantageous.
